Capito AI organizes access to an online tool called Capito AI, which allows users to access a tool that provides online tutoring services using artificial intelligence. The use of the website and the online tools on the website is considered as the user’s consent to these General Terms and Conditions. Do not use the services if you do not agree to the General Terms and Conditions.

“User”, “Customer”, “You” refers to both natural and legal persons who access app.getcapito.com. “Platform Operator” is responsible for setting up and maintaining the platform. “Subscription” means the monthly or annual subscription value paid by the subscriber. “Registered User” is someone who self-registers on the Website.

The Platform Operator maintains the Platform so that it is generally accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the year, but does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. The Operator reserves the right to interrupt access for maintenance work.

Capito AI uses artificial intelligence to generate study materials. AI can make mistakes or provide inaccurate information. All content is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information. The Operator assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

The Operator’s liability for any damage or inconvenience caused to the User as a result of interruption of operation or technical failures is excluded in its entirety. The User is responsible for the security of their account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms or engages in behavior harmful to the platform. Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time through the platform settings.
